Jamie is a great broker. I totally recommend her if you need to buy or to sell real estate in NYC, good times or bad. She sold my apartment on UES. Her marketing and selling skills are creative and that made a big difference, as I was selling in a buyers' market. She was always available at all stages: the listing, showing, negotiating, and right up to the closing. She is straightforward and very pleasant to work with. I recommend Jamie without any reservation.
